Evaluations: Casey’s Trauma Trainings for Foster Parents Increase Placement Stability
Two Casey training programs aimed at giving foster parents the skills they need to help children with trauma histories are shown to increase placement stability, find recent evaluations from Child Trends. Trauma Systems Therapy for Foster Care and ARC Reflections are “promising approaches,” according to researchers, providing knowledge, skills and support for the caregivers helping kids heal.
